This vintage gold heart with lavish tanzanites and gold filigree is a beautiful, timeless piece that will last forever. It features eight marquise-cut tanzanites. Each of them is securely set with two V-shaped prongs to protect the edges of the stones and the open-back design exposes extra light to each tanzanite making their color even more bountiful.
